It features two opposing 3” diameter revolving handles that rotate 360 degrees to allow you to switch your hand, arm and body position while performing pull-ups and chin-ups. A flat grip option, wide parallel grip and neutral grip options provide an array of hand positions. With an overall length of 39.5”, the bar can also be used as a rotating tricep bar. A zinc finish provides durability and is designed to withstand sustained use in commercial fitness facilities.
