These spotter arms feature 12-inch (30 cm) long handles with a 4.5-inch (11.4 cm) grip diameter and have a maximum weight capacity of 800 lbs (363 kg). The heavy-duty 1-inch (2.5 cm) diameter arms are adjustable for 3 different heights and feature 1-inch (2.5 cm) hole spacing all the way down. Each arm is constructed of solid steel, with a silver powder-coated finish for superior durability. The arms are compatible with either the short or tall safety catches also available from Titan Fitness. The arms come with everything you need to add them to your rack, including a pair of cast-iron anchor plates, two 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) bolts, two 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) acorn nuts, and four 5/8-inch (15.9 mm) washers.
