The Open Trap Bar from Wright Equipment is a heavy-duty barbell designed to help you lift heavier weights with extra stability and safety. It features 2.5” sleeves on each end with a middle section that allows you to perform neutral grip exercises and a V-shape for comfortable hand placement during many trap exercises. The knurling is aggressive providing a sturdy grip during deadlifts and Olympic lifts. The open ends of the bar allow you to easily slide discs on and off while the center piece is connected with a solid steel shaft. This trap bar measures 24” between the sleeve centers is made out of strong steel with a black finish and weighs 18.6kg. It is ideal for deadlifts, shrugs, bent over rows and hip thrusts making it an exceptional piece of strength equipment for gyms, cross trainers and powerlifters.
